Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité

Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé :

* d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE,

* de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?

The SAP Tech Lead will be part of SAP Center of Excellence.

As part of the SAP Center of Excellence, your main contributions will be:

1. Architecture standard management

* Participate in the Enterprise Architecture animation

* Define, document and maintain the SAP architecture(s) standards

* Analyze wider Healthcare trends and best practice to identify best-in-class IT direction

* Contribute to define and maintain architecture principles, policies and standards

* Document SAP functional architecture and related affiliate IT landscape in the Group EA repository (LeanIX)

2. Technology Innovation management

* Understand and evaluate the technology trends and the changing business landscape

* Work closely with the SAP functional team to develop the pipeline of ideas into product concepts

* Develop product specifications by understanding affiliates expectations and market offerings

* Work with development team to build a working functions

3. Solution design management

* Lead the overall architecture design & implementation and ensure that it meets the requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with a long-term vision

* Collaborate with SAP head of product to assess new service opportunity:

o Define and understand the technical requirements

o Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed service implementations or changes

o Advise on key technology decisions and provide service implementation estimates

o Lead effort to review and provide input on proposals from an architectural perspective, including feasibility, practicality, technical viability, consistency and solution costs

o Collaborate with project teams to provide implementation cost estimates

o Review project plans

* Review and integrate all requirements, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, operations and economic requirements

* Work with peer architects/solution experts to build the overall architecture of TechCARE streams, ensuring consistency with the other ERP part of TechCARE Core Solution

4. Solution development

* Manage the SAP development team

* Coordinate developments

* Ensure that specifications are properly followed

* Review and resolve any risks and issues related to the solution design

* Review the deliverables throughout the development cycle to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards

* Define development guidelines and ensure compliance within the teams

* Liaise with Service Delivery Managers to monitor service performance on a monthly basis

* Participate to SLA reviews, control metrics and operational issue and ensure corrective actions are taken

In this context we are looking for someone who has between 5 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture.

* SAP S/4 knowledge

* A clear understanding of architecture standards / policies

* Proven architecture modelling skills

* Strong appetite for the latest technologies, trends, standards, products, and applicability

Soft skills

* Able to think creatively and exploit opportunities

* Critical thinking and problem solving skill

* Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

* Fluent in English

* Good management capabilities and leadership qualities, able to build and develop a cohesive and motivated team
