About The Job
Mirakl’s recruiting team is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire for Mirakl’s Labs and G&A profiles. The Labs teams include all roles involved in designing, building, and maintaining our five SaaS marketplace and e-commerce applications (developers, architects, SREs, QA, PMs, etc.). The G&A department covers finance, accounting, legal, procurement, and HR.
We’re hiring on a permanent contract (CDI) based in Paris, with 1 to 2 remote days per week.
Day To Day, You Will
* Run end‑to‑end hiring processes for your roles: briefing, posting the job ad, sourcing, interviews, offer, and onboarding prep.
* Act as a true Business Partner to Hiring Managers
o Lead briefs and write job descriptions closely aligned to their needs and requirements.
o Advise managers as a subject‑matter expert on candidate bar and offers.
o Continuously learn from the Labs and G&A teams to stay close to their challenges.
* Support and guide candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Gather and analyze your hiring data: market benchmarks, salary grids, reports.
* Use your insights to unblock searches and support managers.
* Contribute to cross‑functional projects on the global TA roadmap (employer brand, candidate experience, Tech events, internal training for Tech teams, etc.).
You’ll love this job if:
* You have 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience for complex, high‑stakes roles (ideally in a tech or SaaS startup/scale‑up).
* Or you’re just out of school, highly motivated, and have completed multiple recruiting internships.
* You have in‑house recruiting experience.
* You enjoy working as a team, with a great vibe, in a fast‑moving environment.
* You have an analytical mindset, can step back to assess processes, and are comfortable with data.
* Your communication skills are excellent.
* You’re very curious and love to understand things in detail.
* You’re energized by autonomy and ownership.
* You’re fluent in French with a strong command of English.
