Your Mission
As General Manager Assistant within the LWFB Team, youʼll support the General Manager of Le Wagon for Business while collaborating closely with teams across sales, operations, marketing, and product. This internship offers a front-row seat to how a fast-scaling Edtech company sells and delivers training to top companies.
Youʼll help coordinate strategic initiatives, improve internal processes, and play a supporting role in small-to-mid-sized deals, gaining first-hand exposure to the full B2B sales cycle.
What You'll Do
* Partner directly with the GM to help prioritize, track, and execute strategic projects
* Assist in sales enablement efforts: sales ops, proposal prep, CRM updates, follow-ups, and client materials
* Contribute to ongoing process improvements across Sales, Ops, and Marketing
* Participate in internal sales meetings and lead small commercial opportunities
* Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform go-to-market strategy
* Help facilitate team rituals, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
* Own special projects depending on your strengths (e.g., pricing review, CRM tooling, customer feedback loop)
This Role Is For You If
* You are located in Paris and open to working onsite with your colleagues
* You are currently enrolled in a Masterʼs degree (business, strategy, or related field)
* You have a previous internship experience (preferably in a client- facing role)
* You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* You have an analytical mindset with the ability to structure ideas and communicate clearly
* You are fluent in French and English, who enjoys public speaking
* You are curious, autonomous, and eager to learn in a startup setting
* You have experience in HubSpot or Salesforce (it's a plus !)
