Période de stage : 1er avril au 30 Septembre 2026. Localisation : La Défense puis Nanterre (déménagement des locaux) Votre mission sera d'organiser et réaliser les tâches d'administration et de communication du Raid OTIS Aventure, c'est à dire : - Assurer le marketing amont sur le RAID (campagne de communication interne, relance des équipes, animations diverses) - Animer et mettre a jour le canal de communication du site Web RAID OTIS - Enregistrer les équipes, et suivre les dossiers d'enregistrement, les sponsors, etc. - Réaliser la comptabilité & recouvrement des inscriptions et du sponsoring - Renseigner les participants avant l'épreuve - Participer et encadrer pendant l'événement les équipes Le Raid OTIS Aventure compte /- 600 participants et une dizaine d'organisateurs OTIS. Profil recherché : Etudiant en 2ème ou 3ème année d'école de commerce ou communication/événementiel, vous présentez avant tout de solides aptitudes organisationnelles. La gestion des tâches administratives et de suivi nécessite un profil sachant faire preuve d'une grande rigueur. De bonnes connaissances en anglais sont un plus. Des déplacements sont à prévoir une ou deux fois sur le lieu du Raid ou en France pour rencontrer les prestataires. La 2ème semaine de septembre sera quasi exclusivement sur le site de l'évènement.
