About Us

At Mirakl, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way our users engage with our products through innovative training solutions. We are seeking a motivated and creative Training Designer Specialist Intern to join our team and support our Training Manager in enhancing our video and e-learning content. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both internal and external enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



* Content Development: Collaborate with the Training Manager and technical documentation team to design and produce engaging video and e-learning content tailored to various learning needs.
* Tool Utilization: Utilize a range of multimedia tools and platforms to create high-quality educational videos and materials (Guidde, Mindsmith, Rise 360, Vimeo, Veed).
* Needs Assessment: Accompany and assist in identifying training requirements by engaging with internal teams and external users to understand their needs.
* Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve content and delivery methods. Work hand in hand with the documentation, Support, and Customer Success teams.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product experts, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
* Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance the training experience (Dust, or more extensive AI solutions).
* Intelligent Learning Enhancements: Utilize advanced AI tools and technologies to automate content creation, personalize learning paths, and provide intelligent feedback mechanisms. Employ AI-driven analytics to track learner engagement and adapt training materials dynamically based on user interactions and performance data.


Skills And Competencies


* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video editing software and multimedia tools (Veed, Rise, and others).
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively (English is a big plus: written and oral B2).
* Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create engaging, informative content.
* Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies and adapt to changing environments and audiences.
* Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


Requirements


* Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Communication, Media Production, or a related field.
* Experience in video production or multimedia content creation is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passion for education and a desire to contribute to user enablement.
