Stage - documentaliste, stabilité

Main Functions

Le/la stagiaire documentaliste intervient en appui au programme de stabilité. Il/elle est chargé(e) de la gestion documentaire et du suivi des échantillons liés aux études de stabilité, en lien avec les exigences qualité de Lallemand.

Vos missions:

1. Saisir les données des résultats de stabilité dans les outils appropriés ;
2. Gérer les échantillons de stabilité (réception, suivi, archivage) ;
3. Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour de l’inventaire des échantillons ;
4. Participer à d’autres tâches connexes selon les besoins du service.

Technical skills

Required

5. Diplôme professionnel ou équivalent dans un domaine pertinent (documentation, qualité, sciences...) ;
6. Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation ;
7. Esprit d’équipe et bon relationnel ;
8. Capacité à faire preuve de jugement et d’un fort souci du détail.

9. Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Word.
