Mission Principale : Définir la vision EHS, la stratégie et la feuille de route pour l'ensemble du groupe. Piloter la gouvernance EHS mondiale en lien avec les tous les sites industriels, R&D et commerciaux.
Politique EHS :
- Créer et proposer au Comité Exécutif la vision, la stratégie, la feuille de route et les plans d'actions pour soutenir la stratégie commerciale, en cohérence avec les stratégies opérationnelles (Manufacturing, R&D, RSE, Gestion des risques, Ventes).
- Créer et réviser les normes/règles pour le groupe.
- Créer et suivre des KPI EHS afin d'évaluer la performance EHS du Groupe.
- Identifier les principaux risques EHS et s'assurer que les risques sont sous contrôle.
- Faire de Ceva une référence parmi ses pairs sur la base des résultats et des programmes.
- Assurer la coordination avec les sites et l'Équipe CAPEX.
Conformité réglementaire :
- Coordonner les audits à travers tous les sites et suivre les résultats.
- Anticiper, prioriser les sujets de conformité réglementaire au niveau du groupe.
- Echanger avec les agences de régulation locales et/ou nationales et/ou internationales sur les nouvelles règles et réglementations.
- S'assurer des échanges de bonnes pratiques entre les sites.
Management :
- Diriger par l'exemple, bâtir l'esprit d'équipe, animer le réseau des référents EHS.
- Assurer le développement de l'équipe en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration de l'engagement.
- Définir et assurer la formation sur tous les sujets EHS, valider les programmes de communication pour accroître la culture EHS, promouvoir les comportements sécurité.
- Anticiper la succession EHS, le développement des membres de l'équipe et, attirer de nouveaux talents.
Stratégies Sécurité, Environnement et Santé :
- Construire des stratégies globales et fixer des objectifs d'entreprise.

Your missions :
Main Mission :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate EHS Director to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on animal health. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and behavioral skills to drive a culture of safety and compliance across the organization.
EHS policy :
- Create and propose to the Executive Committee the vision, strategy, roadmap and action plans to support the commercial strategy, consistent with operational strategies (Manufacturing, R&D, CSR, Risk Management, Sales, etc.).
- Create and review norms/rules for the group.
- Create and monitor EHS KPIs in order to evaluate the Group's EHS performance.
- Identify key EHS risks and ensure risks are under control.
- Make Ceva a benchmark among its peers based on results and programs.
- Ensure coordination with sites and the CAPEX Team.
Regulatory compliance :
- Coordinate audits across all sites and track results.
- Anticipate and prioritize regulatory compliance topics at group level.
- Exchange with local and/or national and/or international regulatory agencies on new rules and regulations.
- Ensure exchanges of best practices between sites.
Management :
- Lead by example, build team spirit, lead the network of EHS referents.
- Ensure team development with a focus on improving engagement.
- Define and provide training on all EHS subjects, validate communication programs to increase EHS culture, promote safety behaviors.
- Anticipate EHS succession, the development of team members and attract new talent.
Safety, Environment and Health Strategy :
- Build global strategies and set business goals.
- Analyze results and develop programs allowing continuous improvement of results.
Your profile :
Master's degree in Engineering, Chemicals, Pharmaceutics or related fields.
You have at least 15 years experience in EHS positions, including senior management position.
You have good Biosafety knowledge.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex EHS concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing EHS challenges.
- Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills :
- EHS Expertise : In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in animal health.
- Risk Assessment : Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and root cause analysis.
- Auditing : Experience in leading EHS audits and inspections, with a keen eye for detail.
- Training : Ability to develop and deliver effective EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
- Data Analysis : Strong data analysis skills to monitor EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
