Mission du poste
Dans le cadre de son développement, CRYOPTIM Sallanches recherche un(e) associé(e) souhaitant s’impliquer dans un projet entrepreneurial autour de la cryothérapie, du bien-être et de la performance. CRYOPTIM est un centre spécialisé en récupération, bien-être et esthétique, proposant notamment des prestations de cryothérapie corps entier, cryothérapie localisée, cryolipolyse, pressothérapie. Le centre s’inscrit dans une dynamique de collaboration avec des praticiens (massage notamment), plusieurs événements, des comités d’entreprise et dispose encore d’un fort potentiel de développement, avec 80 m² d’espace à exploiter. Le centre est aujourd’hui opérationnel, avec une base existante et des leviers de croissance identifiés : * OFFRES EN ABONNEMENT * ACCOMPAGNEMENT BIEN-ÊTRE, SPORT, MINCEUR ET ESTHÉTIQUE * DÉVELOPPEMENT DE SERVICES COMPLÉMENTAIRES (80 m² DISPONIBLES) VOTRE MISSION Le rôle est à la fois stratégique et opérationnel. Nous recherchons avant tout un profil de terrain, impliqué au quotidien dans la vie du centre : * RÉALISATION DES PRESTATIONS * ACCUEIL ET CONSEIL CLIENT * SUIVI DES CURES ET FIDÉLISATION * PARTICIPATION ACTIVE À L’EXPÉRIENCE CLIENT En parallèle, vous contribuerez directement au développement de la structure : * DÉVELOPPEMENT DE LA VISIBILITÉ ET DE L’ACTIVITÉ * ORGANISATION ET OPTIMISATION DU CENTRE * PARTICIPATION AUX DÉCISIONS STRATÉGIQUES OPPORTUNITÉ * REJOINDRE UNE STRUCTURE DÉJÀ OPÉRATIONNELLE * S’ASSOCIER SUR UN PROJET AVEC UN FORT POTENTIEL DE CROISSANCE * PARTICIPER ACTIVEMENT AU DÉVELOPPEMENT ET À LA STRUCTURATION * POSSIBILITÉ DE PRISE DE CAPITAL * ENVIRONNEMENT DYNAMIQUE AVEC PARTENARIATS LOCAUX PROFIL RECHERCHÉ * ESPRIT ENTREPRENEURIAL ET ENVIE DE CONSTRUIRE * FORTE APPÉTENCE POUR LE BIEN-ÊTRE, LE SPORT OU L’ESTHÉTIQUE * ENVIE D’ÊTRE SUR LE TERRAIN, AU CONTACT DIRECT DES CLIENTS * CAPACITÉ À PRENDRE DES INITIATIVES ET À FAIRE AVANCER LE PROJET Une première expérience en entrepreneuriat, en environnement PME/TPE ou dans le secteur paramédical / esthétique est un plus.
