Job Description

Context

As part of the Talent Attraction Campus France team and within the framework of a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will support the business in building a talent pipeline that meets future skills needs, in line with Workforce and Career Management for the scope under your responsibility..

Your Role

You will play a key role in creating and managing the talent pool, working closely with managers and HRBPs, and recruiting talents up to permanent contracts from Campus programs.

Your Missions

* Talent Attraction :
o Understand business strategy and target skills,
o Build a talent pool through Apprenticeship, Internship and VIE programs,
o Coordinate regular follow-up of the talent pool with managers and HRBPs,
o Recruit talents up to permanent contracts post Apprenticeship/Internship/VIE,
o Implement a ‘best in class’ candidate experience,
o Ensure data quality in HR tools.

* Campus Management :
o Collaborate with Employer Branding Manager,
o Use school pipelines (CRM) for sourcing,
o Act as Schneider Electric ambassador towards students.

Your Profile

* Graduated with a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
* Experience in recruiting interns and/or apprentices in high-volume contexts.
* Proficiency in :
o Sourcing tools,
o Interview techniques,
o Professional social networks.

Your Skills

* Ability to work in a network and collaborate,
* Excellent client relationship, rigor and organization,
* Strong oral and written communication, fluent in English and French.
