Your daily life: the missions


The ICT & Security Risk Control team of ODDO BHF has the task to protect the business and their customers against Cybercrime.

In the context of increasing cybersecurity maturity, a Junior Information Security Governance Officer is needed to strengthen the ICT & Security Governance team which is part of the ICT & Security Risk Control team.


The ICT & Security Governance junior Officer reports to the Head of ICT & Security Governance and takes part of the following tasks:

* Reviewing and maintaining the cybersecurity policy framework including procedures (using BPMN) and working instruction in compliance to the ISO 2700x and regulatory requirements (DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, ACPR Arrêté and Notice, EBA Guidelines, SWIFT CSP…).
* Reporting on cybersecurity maturity to different stakeholders, providing impactful communication and disseminating it.
* Centralizing and following up on cybersecurity findings (regulatory, audits, pentest…) and managing delivery by the Information security and IT teams.
* Organizing and producing cybersecurity awareness campaigns including animation and content creation.
* Evaluating the Information Security maturity for the Group entities and supporting them in implementing cybersecurity measures.
* Responding to cybersecurity assessments from Clients and partners.
* Conducting research on new security threats, best practices, and emerging technologies.
* Provide support and guidance to other departments on information security matters.



Your team and your environment


The ICT & Security Risk Control team is composed of 40 people with different areas of expertise in cybersecurity across three countries: France, Germany and Tunisia. It is also in contact with Group entities in other locations (Switzerland, United States).



The skills you will develop


This position will allow you to acquire a 360 degrees view of cybersecurity topics due to its central position in the The ICT & Security Risk Control team. The tasks will also allow to interact with top management. Furthermore, the ICT & Security Risk Control team within the ODDO BHF Group is constantly evolving in order to respond to threats and regulatory requirements, allowing you to fully develop your analytical skills and sense of initiative.



Your remuneration


Your remuneration is adapted to your profile and skills. This remuneration is composed by a fix salary, bonus subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year, and profit-sharing.

Skills required


* Understanding of cyber security concepts and technology and knowledge about cybersecurity regulatory requirements and norms
* Skills in project management
* Good communication, coordination, rigor and creativity skills
* Business-fluent in German and English
* A first experience in information security is a plus
* Business-fluent French language skills is a plus
* ISO 27001 certification is a plus
* Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
