Your Mission

Part of Automation innovation team, she/he is integrated within a project team to scout and evaluate new technology and solution dedicated to all SIDEL machines (Mainly Blowers, fillers, Labelers).

Main responsibilities:

* Definition of the technical specification for new development, mainly oriented Artificial intelligence / Machine learning.
* Development of all advanced software applications.
* Reach concerted decisions on technical choices with automation and electrical experts to ensure the proper integration of solutions
* Create, verify and archive all software and technical data relating to all software development.
* Propose innovative ideas.
* Ensure artificial intelligence techno Watch.
* Project management under SIDEL processes.
* Participate in structured design analyses (FMEA, Human Risks Analysis, Industrialization, Sourcing, Product Development Design teams, …)
* Document technical investigations for future Innovation activities & consolidate the know-how of the company.
* Participate in some Technical scouting activities in his field of expertise.


Your Profile

A Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data or a Technical Institute high school diploma with relevant experience is required. Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, C, or C++ is essential for data manipulation, analysis, and embedded solution development. Candidates should have expertise in Pandas and NumPy, knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning models, deep learning, and optimization techniques, and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn for AI applications such as image processing and NLP. A solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization is expected.

Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn, as well as experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and Snowflake, is required for large-scale data processing. Knowledge of version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and basic automation is also beneficial.

Fluency in professional English is mandatory, while French or Italian is a plus.
