Basé à Puteaux, Havas Finances Services (HFS) est le centre de service partagé qui fait battre le cœur financier de toutes les filiales du groupe HAVAS, incluant HAVAS PARIS, HAVAS PLAY, BETC, HAVAS MEDIA, …

Avec une équipe de 100 collaborateurs passionnés, nous sommes au centre du Village Havas, assurant la gestion de la comptabilité générale, des clients, des fournisseurs et de la trésorerie pour toutes les agences.

Chez HFS, nous sommes bien plus qu’un simple support financier – nous sommes le moteur qui propulse nos agences vers le succès !

Au sein du service comptabilité clients de la division créative, vous ferez l’apprentissage des tâches suivantes :

- enregistrement des règlements avec le lettrage des comptes

- relances clients via l’outil de recouvrement

- analyse du grand livre clients

- préparation du reporting clients

- établissement des DES

- gestion du netting

- traitement des intercos (semestriel)

Votre tuteur se chargera de votre formation et vous attribuera les différentes tâches au fur et à mesure de vos acquis

Et si on parlait de vous ? ️

Vous avez minimum Bac +3 ?

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils micro-informatiques et bureautiques, et Excel ?

Vous faites preuve d’organisation, de rigueur et vous aimez travailler en équipe ?
