About us

Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting, we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features, making it the most intuitive carbon accounting solution in the world. With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.

Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

Are you passionate about marketing, events, and brand storytelling? Do you want to make a real impact in a fast-growing company committed to sustainability? We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team and drive our presence in the French market.

Your Key Missions

* Event Strategy & Execution
* Design and manage a comprehensive calendar of trade shows and industry events in France.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to support event preparation, engage attendees at booths, and drive lead generation and conversion post-event.
* Provide strategic insights to identify must-attend events that maximize Greenly’s visibility and pipeline growth.
* Our own Greenly Events
* Take part in organizing and promoting our own flagship events, drawing over 300 attendees on topics that resonate with our community.
* Innovate and propose engaging, memorable event concepts tailored to the French market, enhancing brand awareness and positioning Greenly as a thought leader.
* Sales Enablement
* Partner with the sales team to craft compelling, targeted content that supports outreach and strengthens customer relationships.
* Webinar Production
* Lead the creation and coordination of one impactful webinar per month featuring partners, clients, or industry experts, designed to educate and engage our audience.
* Social Media & Brand Campaigns
* Write authentic, engaging French social media posts that amplify our message and build community.
* Collaborate with French sustainability influencers to expand our reach and credibility within the eco-conscious audience.
* Support brand awareness initiatives with creative campaign ideas aligned with Greenly’s mission and values.
* Project Management
* Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of field marketing initiatives and community management activities.

What we're looking for...

* Someone who is in the process of completing their Master’s degree in Marketing, or Communication
* Fluency in both French and English—while this role focuses on the French market, internal communication is conducted in English.
* A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and a passion for events and digital marketing.
* Creative thinking mixed with a passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to environmental stewardship.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
