About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to become part of a highly motivated team supporting the human resources functions across the Alstef APAC region.
Summary of tasks:
- Responsible for forming close working relationship with the APAC managers to obtain an accurate understanding of the needs of the region.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure that Hiring Managers work through the process efficiently.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Assist the HR Manager to manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Assists the HR Manager to provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Assists with the performance review and salary review process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
