Vous serez en charge de :
Analyse de la demande client :
Analyser les nouvelles commandes de produits émanant des services commerciaux ou directement des clients
Estimer les besoins en fonction des capacités de production, des demandes clients, des prévisions de ventes, des niveaux de stock, de la période d'activité de l'entreprise, de la disponibilité des équipements de production
Gestion des approvisionnements :
Analyser et estimer les besoins (Matières premières, transfert, sous traitance)
Mise en place de forecast
Passer et suivre les commandes d'achats
Optimiser les aspects logistiques (gestion des stocks, quantités, disponibilités)
Gestion des inventaires
Planification des objectifs de production :
Lancer les ordres de production aux unités de production
Elaborer le planning de production
Planification, organisation des capacités à long terme vs CAPEX
Évaluer et coordonner le potentiel de fabrication des machines (charge, capacité, rendement) avec les ressources humaines disponibles (réaffectation de personnel, volumes de recrutements)
Transmettre aux unités de production (usines, ateliers) les plannings de production à court, moyen et long terme
Suivi de la mise en oeuvre des plans de production :
Ajuster le plan de production en cas de retard ou d'incident technique sur une chaîne de production
Proposer des solutions alternatives pour pallier ces incidents
Suivre l'activité au jour le jour par l'analyse des indicateurs d'avancement (tableaux, graphiques)
Assurer un reporting aux directions métiers concernées (industrielle, commerciale)
Optimiser les aspects logistiques tels que la gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements (quantité, disponibilité)
Veiller à la répartition optimale des ressources et de la charge de travail dans les unités de production.
Identifier les risques, alerter et mettre en places les actions correctrices
Orientation de la stratégie de production :
Réaliser des prévisions sur les variations de la demande de façon à les anticiper
Optimiser les process de traitement des commandes, détermine le lead time de production
Préconiser des adaptations de l'organisation industrielle en accord avec l'évolution des commandes clients (produits, gammes de produits, etc.)

Your
missions :
You will be responsible for:
Customer Demand Analysis :
- Analyze new product orders coming from the sales departments or directly from customers.
- Estimate requirements based on production capacities, customer demand, sales forecasts, stock levels, business seasonality, and - - production equipment availability.
Supply Management :
- Analyze and estimate needs (raw materials, transfers, subcontracting, etc.).
- Implement and monitor forecasts.
- Place and follow up on purchase orders.
- Optimize logistics aspects (inventory management, quantities, availability, etc.).
- Manage inventory processes.
Production Planning :
- Release production orders to the production units.
- Develop and update the production schedule.
- Plan and organize longterm capacity in relation to CAPEX.
- Assess and coordinate machine manufacturing potential (workload, capacity, efficiency) with available human resources (staff - reassignment, recruitment volumes).
- Communicate short-, medium-, and longterm production schedules to plants and workshops.
Monitoring Production Execution :
- Adjust the production plan in case of delays or technical incidents on production lines.
- Propose alternative solutions to mitigate these issues.
- Monitor daily activity through progress indicators (tables, charts, dashboards).
- Provide reporting to the relevant business departments (industrial, commercial, etc.).
- Optimize logistics aspects such as stock and supply management (quantities, availability).
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources and workload across production units.
- Identify risks, raise alerts, and implement corrective actions.
Production Strategy Orientation :
- Produce forecasts on demand fluctuations to anticipate changes.
- Optimize order processing workflows and determine production lead time.
- Recommend adjustments to the industrial organization in line with changes in customer orders (products, product ranges, etc.).
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your

Education / Training
- Graduate with a Master's degree (production planning or equivalent).
Technical Skills / Expertise
- Strong knowledge of products and production processes.
