Responsibilities

* Implement a volunteer recruitment policy based on the needs of the UNICEF Normandie territorial committee, particularly in Cherbourg, in line with UNICEF France strategy: assessment and needs analysis.
* Develop volunteer recruitment using platforms such as France Bénévolat, Tous Bénévoles, Benevolt, and local media, leveraging the Towns Friendly for Children (V.A.E) initiative.
* Establish support and follow-up for volunteers associated with the territorial committee.
* Monitor the integration and training process for each recruited volunteer.
