As a global medical project intern within our General Medecine Strategy team, you’ll participate in delivering strategic transformation initiatives to drive change and ensure the execution of transformation projects and continuous improvement

Main responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and operationalization of the medical transformation roadmap across global and local teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic projects from pre-launch to post launch excellence


• Contribute to building and scaling new operation models, integrating data AI and innovative digital tools to maximize impact


• Assist in delivering effective communication strategies and stakeholders engagement plans to support the global medical transformation


• Help establish clear key impact indicators and monitor the effectiveness of medical initiatives through impact dashboards


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance to the company’s standard operating procedures as well as the pharmaceutical codes of practice at all time
