Votre mission

Dans un contexte de digitalisation des services internes et orientés utilisateurs, vous intervenez en tant que référent fonctionnel et applicatif sur des outils digitaux internes (web & mobile).

Vous jouez un rôle central d'interface entre les métiers, les équipes IT et les prestataires externes, afin d'assurer la performance, la cohérence et l'évolution des solutions digitales.

Enjeux du poste

* Garantir l'adéquation des outils avec les besoins métiers
* Assurer la maîtrise fonctionnelle des applications
* Réduire la dépendance aux prestataires (TMA)
* Structurer et pérenniser la connaissance applicative en interne
* Être le point de contact IT principal pour les équipes métiers

Responsabilités principales

1. Pilotage fonctionnel

* Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers
* Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles claires
* Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle des évolutions
* Prioriser les demandes selon les enjeux business

2. Interface IT – Métiers – Prestataires

* Assurer la coordination entre métiers, IT et partenaires externes
* Piloter les prestataires (maintenance, évolutions, intégration)
* Challenger les solutions proposées (coûts, délais, qualité)
* Superviser les phases de recette et mise en production

3. Administration applicative

* Monter en compétence sur les outils et leur paramétrage
* Gérer les configurations simples en autonomie
* Structurer la documentation fonctionnelle
* Contribuer à la réduction des coûts liés à la TMA

4. Gouvernance produit

* Suivre le cycle de vie des applications
* Participer à la roadmap produit
* Suivre les KPIs (usage, qualité, satisfaction)
* Garantir l'adoption des outils et la continuité de service

Profil recherché

Compétences fonctionnelles

* Expérience en gestion de projets digitaux / applicatifs
* Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en solutions concrètes
* Solide sens de la priorisation

Compétences techniques

* Bonne compréhension des environnements web & mobile
* Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes techniques (.NET, Flutter)
* Intérêt pour l'administration applicative

Role Overview

In a context of internal digital transformation, this role acts as the functional and application lead for internal digital platforms (web and mobile).

You will serve as the key bridge between business teams, IT, and external vendors, ensuring that digital tools align with business needs and deliver long-term value.

Key Objectives

* Ensure alignment between digital tools and business requirements
* Own functional knowledge of applications

Functional Leadership

* Gather, analyse, and formalise business requirements

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

* Act as the interface between business, IT, and vendors
* Manage external providers (maintenance, enhancements, delivery)
* Challenge solutions on cost, timelines, and quality
* Coordinate testing and production releases

Application Management

* Develop expertise in application configuration and administration
* Handle basic configurations independently
* Build and maintain functional documentation
* Support cost optimisation by internalising knowledge

Product Governance

* Manage the application lifecycle
* Contribute to product roadmap definition
* Track KPIs (usage, quality, user satisfaction)
* Ensure user adoption and service continuity

Experience

* Proven experience in digital or application project management
* Strong ability to translate business needs into solutions

Technical Understanding

* Solid understanding of web and mobile environments
