Your role

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be the backbone of accurate, compliant payroll operations serving multiple international markets. Your attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and process-driven approach will ensure every colleague is paid promptly and correctly, while driving continuous improvement across our systems and practices.

* Oversee full-scope payroll processing for selected countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal standards.
* Maintain and improve payroll systems, liaising closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
* Administer and validate compensation, bonuses, and severance payments; analyze and support complex payroll calculations.
* Act as a primary point of contact for employee and manager payroll queries, delivering responsive and high-quality service.
* Contribute to ongoing payroll system improvements, participate in user acceptance testing, support audits, and drive standardization initiatives.
* Act as compliance guard.
* Foster great customer care and stakeholder management.

Your qualifications

* Proven experience (typically 5+ years).
* Managing French payroll operations.
* Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
* Fluency in English and French (additional European languages such as German, Spanish or Italian are a plus).
* Solid knowledge of social legislation, payroll tax compliance, and best practices in payroll in France.
* Hands‑on experience with HRIS/payroll systems and time management tools.
* Critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving.
* Open to changes, curious, focus on finding solutions, able to work independently.
