Ecommerce account manager(a46233)

Responsibilities:

* Sales Performance Management : Oversee and enhance online sales performance by optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory to boost overall digital business performance.
* Ecommerce Project Management : Manage projects related to ecommerce, including but not limited to sales, performance marketing, CRM and product launches.
* Advertising and Marketing Optimization : Manage and refine online advertising strategies to boost key performance indicators such as traffic and conversion rates.
* Business Analysis and Growth : Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales performance and identify potential areas for growth and expansion on ecommerce platforms.
* Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
* Industry Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce technologies, and best practices to ensure our platforms remain competitive and innovative.


Requirements：

* Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role
* Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with Amazon is highly desirable.
