The Opportunity:

> Déploiement stratégie SEO / SEA (Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Advertisement)

-> Déploiement stratégie Netlinking

-> Rédaction de textes personnalisés pour assurer une communication pertinente et ciblée auprès de nos clients, en tenant compte des attributs marketing qui les différencient et de leur comportement de navigation ou d'achat

-> Contrôle de la qualité des Pages catalogues afin de garantir une optimisation de l'indexation par les moteurs de recherche (Google, Bing, Yahoo)

-> Rechercher et intégrer des contenus non textuels complémentaires comme des images ou des vidéos

-> Optimisation des campagnes locales eNewsletter, évaluation des résultats et propositions d'améliorations

-> Mise en place de tableaux de bord

The Digital Marketing Spcialist, SEM deploys and analyzes digital marketing initiatives in Paid Search (PPC), Display Advertising, and other related areas. The specialist will support digital advertising activities in the EU region specifically, and also help in other regions as needed.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

1. Support Search Engine Marketing strategy and deployment

2. Assist with building SEM campaigns.

3. Identify keywords with the most opportunity, place them with the correct match type in Google ads, identify the best final URL for conversion.

4. Analyze customer behavior/heatmaps on Google Analytics to identify opportunities for ads.

5. Create personalized ad copy to ensure relevant and targeted communication with our customers, taking into account the marketing attributes that differentiate them and their browsing or purchasing behavior

6. Build analytics dashboards for SEM campaigns, analyze results, and recommend action items for campaigns.

7. Perform topic and keyword research using SEO/SEM tools such SEMrush, Moz Pro, Google Ads, and all other PPC marketing activities.

8. Analyze customer behavior/heatmaps on Google Analytics to identify opportunities for ads.

9. Work with business stakeholders to optimize campaigns across a variety of product and subject areas.

10. Identify trends and insights to achieve ROI in paid search campaigns.

11. Support the Digital Marketing team with paid advertising projects as needed to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and drive customer growth.

12. Ability to build dashboards reporting on paid advertising metrics and deliver actionable insights.

13. Staying up to date on latest advertising trends and PPC strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

14. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

15. A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

16. Google Ads, Google Analytics or other qualified certification(s).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

Knowledge:

17. Strong understanding of several e-marketing channels

18. Awareness of best practices for SEM, SEO, Content Marketing etc.

Skills/Tools:

19. Google Ads/Bing Ads (any): keyword research, ad copy writing and managing search ad campaigns.

20. Google Ads Editor: Working knowledge of campaign, keywords, ad management

21. Google Analytics and/or any other analytics tools.

22. Google Search Console, SEMRush and/or any other SEO tools like Moz, AHREFs etc.

23. Spreadsheet Tools/SQL: Basic data analysis, reporting, pivot tables etc.

24. Content & Ad Copy Writing: Ability to write high-quality short-form content (say, 200-250 words) and ad copy.

Additional Skills:

25. Worked with large datasets (1 million+ keywords) in Excel and/or SQL.

26. Worked with e-Commerce companies, familiarity with eCommerce metrics.

Abilities:

27. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

28. Fast learner, self-driven and requires less push to get things done.

29. Ability to stick to deadlines, be highly organized and detail-oriented.

30. Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment

31. Ability to effectively foster business relationships across teams and develop a good view of how the business operates

32. Ability to immerse oneself into the product and stories to generate relevant campaigns

Additional qualities:

33. Must be a demonstrated team player with a “can-do” mentality.

34. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects.

35. Able to independently prioritize workload.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)

36. Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

37. A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.

38. May intermittently travel domestically, international travel is unlikely.

39. A certain flexibility of working hours is expected.

40. Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
