Role: Solution Architect

Location: Paris (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 remote)


Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to find a Solution Architect to join their Commercial Digital Accelerator in Paris. This is a key hands-on architecture role, ideal for someone who started their career in software engineering and evolved into technical architecture.


You’ll help design solutions that connect multiple systems - from web platforms and CMSs to cloud infrastructure and APIs. The work is fast-paced, high-impact, and collaborative. You’ll be responsible for leading Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and shaping how platforms are integrated across Sanofi’s commercial ecosystem. You won’t go deep into one product - you’ll architect across many, bringing a well-rounded and solution-driven mindset.


🛠️ What You’ll Do

* Design solutions that connect web platforms, APIs, CMS, cloud services, and data layers
* Write and lead Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and guide design discussions
* Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and fellow architects
* Work across domains like e-commerce, CRM, campaign tools, and commercial platforms
* Help shape integration strategies and technical standards within the Commercial Accelerator


⚙️ Tech Environment

* Languages/Frameworks: JavaScript, Node.js, React, Flutter
* CMS: Magnolia (current), open to AEM, Sitecore, Salesforce CMS
* Cloud: AWS (RDS, S3, etc.), serverless, Terraform
* DevOps: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), containers, Kubernetes
* Data: SQL, event-driven systems, API integrations


✅ What We’re Looking For

* Former software developer with a strong technical foundation
* Broad exposure to cloud, CMS, APIs, front-end/back-end tech, and databases
* Experience with architecture in cross-functional teams
* Able to work through ambiguity and propose well-structured solutions
* Comfortable leading discussions, documenting decisions, and aligning technical teams
* Fluent in English; based in or open to relocating to Paris (3 days/week onsite)
* Curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented - you’re the type who “figures things out”
