* Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « STC Performance Management M/F » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus STC Solution Program sur son site de Blagnac. *
Cet apprentissage consistera à améliorer le suivi de la performance opérationnelle et transverse du département SRS.
Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2026 pour *une durée de 2 ans.*
* Tâches et responsabilités: *
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
* Améliorer le suivi de la performance opérationnelle - On-Time, On-Cost and On-Quality,
* Mettre en œuvre les Indicateurs Clés de Performance opérationnels (On-time, On-Cost, On-Quality) dus au changement d’ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning),
* Administration & Intégrité : Mise à jour rigoureuse des bases de données et des référentiels analytiques
* Automatisation & Flux : Optimisation de la collecte et du traitement des données via Gsheet
* Reporting de Performance : Transformation de la donnée brute en dashboards dynamiques pour le suivi précis des coûts et des écarts
* Compétences & Prérequis : *
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de Gestion de Projet/Programme pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
* Gestion de projet,
* Analyse des données,
* Digitalisation,
* Capacité à interagir et à influencer différents publics,
* Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication dans un environnement multiculturel
* Culture Financière : Maîtrise des concepts de base pour analyser les indicateurs de performance.
* Compétences linguistiques :
Anglais : négociation
Français : courant
* Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer. *
Notre processus de sélection
L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.
Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List.
Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

*An apprenticeship offer entitled \"STC Assistant Operation Manager M/F\" has just opened within Airbus STC Solution Program on Blagnac site*.
This apprenticeship will focus on improving operational and cross-functional performance monitoring of SRS department.
*This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2026 and will last 2 years*.
* Tasks and responsibilities: *
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives
and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
* Improving operational performance monitoring - On-Time, On-Cost, and On-Quality,
* Implementing new operational Key Performance Indicators (On-Time, On-Cost, On-Quality) resulting from the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system change.
* Administration & Integrity: Rigorous updating of databases and analytical repositories
* Automation & Workflow: Optimization of data collection and processing via Google Sheets
* Performance Reporting: Transformation of raw data into dynamic dashboards for precise monitoring of costs and variances
* Skills & Prerequisites: *
You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Project/Program Management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
* Project management,
* Data analysis,
* Digitalization,
* Capacity of interacting and influencing various audiences,
* Interpersonal & communication skills in a multicultural environment
* Finance: Management of basic concepts for analyzing performance indicators.
Language skills:
English: negotiation
French: fluent
Our selection process:
All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.
If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
