Job Description


👆 Your Main Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives, utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance productivity.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures integrating AI solutions to streamline processes.
* Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets, leveraging AI technologies to support their efforts.
* Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. It means being the owner of the veracity of data and the having the looker up to date, potentially creating requests with the help of the RevOps.
* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support operational goals.
* For bonus driven teams, help draft sales bonus objectives and pay plans and implement them in our tools in particular with BigQuery


🎯 Your Main Objectives

* Enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards, leveraging AI to identify areas for improvement.
* Drive innovation and process improvements to support company growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term operational goals.
* Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team.


👩🏾‍🤝‍👨🏻 Your Team

* Manage 1 RevOps and the Financial and Administrative Manager
* Report directly to CEO and part of the Executive Committee after validating probation period
* Manage operational budgets and financial resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
* Utilize advanced operational tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.


What we're looking for ?


🔬Experience

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
* Proven track record of successfully managing operational teams or revenue teams and driving process improvements in a fast growing international environment.
* Experience in implementing AI tools or a strong passion for leveraging AI to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
* Experience in budget management and financial planning.


💾 Technical Skills

* Proven experience in operations management or a related field, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in operations.
* Proficiency in operational software and tools,, including AI-driven solutions for process optimization and performance management and in particular BQ/looker.
* Financial acumen and budget management skills.
* Project management and strategic planning abilities.
