The Opportunity

Join a dynamic team within the Business & Product Strategy division of Omnichannel Interactions, whichcomprisesover 250 employees. We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Product Managers team and contribute to the international growth of Worldline's Contact offering.

Worldline Contact is aCCaaS(Contact Center as a Service) solution that enables businesses to manage andoptimizetheir customer relationships across omnichannel voice, chat, email, AI assistants,callbots, instant messaging, WhatsApp, and more. Your mission as a Product Manager will be to strengthen our solution's market position and activelyparticipatein its strategic evolution.

Day-to-day Responsabilities

As an AI Product Manager, you willbe responsible fordefining the product vision and strategy based on market analysis and customer needs for CX Agent, a product aimedto augmentthoughAI all the personas using the CX suite. You willparticipatein coordinating technical, design, and business teams to continuously conceive, develop, and improve the product.

 

* Defining Product Vision and Strategy
* Analyzethe market, competition, and trends toidentifyopportunities and areas of growth
* Definea clear product vision for AI services aligned with the company'sobjectives
* Developa strategic roadmap in line with customer needs and business priorities
* Define a realistic and incremental roadmap that delivers value in a short cycle

 

Product Lifecycle Management

* Builda cohesive and impactfulroadmap basedbusinessobjectivesandservesyour personasneeds
* Liaisewith Product Owners responsible for drafting User Stories
* Collaboratewith UX/UI designers to ensureoptimaluser experience
* Workwith Product Marketing and Sales teams to position and promote the product
* Work closely with CSM to priorities client product request that are in line with your product vision

 

Analysis and Continuous Improvement

* Collectand analyze customer feedback toidentifyareas for improvement
* Monitorkey KPIs: satisfaction rates, NPS, resolution rates, response times, etc.
* Experimentwith andoptimizethe product with our dedicated demonstration and innovation teams

Who Are we looking for

We are looking for people who can drive positive change, move things forward, and lead the way — individuals who are passionate, have a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow. In practice, this means:

* You arecustomer-oriented.
* You havesignificant experiencein product management, ideally in theCCaaSdomain.
* You are passionate aboutnew technologiesand market trends (Cloud, AI, Bot, etc.).
* You have developed strong written and verbal communication skills.
* You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and sense of priorities.
* You are proactive and enjoy collaborating.
* Proficiencyin French is essential. English (B2 or C1)
