How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?


Within GIO ( Global Infrastructure Operations) we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented apprentice to join our Global Business Partner team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in supporting our Engagement Partners (EPs) and contributing to the optimization of our global processes and BI structure. The trainee will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with both internal GIO teams and external customers.


Responsibilities:

* Customer Reporting Support: Assist Engagement Partners in their reporting activities to customers by providing support with sales and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* Global Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of global processes, focusing on the optimization of reports, the efficiency of our operational approach, and the enhancement of the GIO Business Intelligence (BI) structure.

* Financial Exercises: Support the collection of assumptions from customers during Request for Forecast (RF) and Target exercises.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively in a cross-functional manner within the GIO organization and collaborate with external customers to achieve common goals.

Required Skills:

* Technical Skills:

o Familiarity with data analysis and reporting concepts.

o Comfortable working with data and potentially BI tools (training will be provided).

o Understanding of sales and operational KPIs is a plus.

* Soft Skills:

o Customer-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.

o Excellent Communication Skills: Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.

o Analytical Skills and Rigor: Exhibits strong analytical abilities and a meticulous approach to work.

o Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

o Proactive and eager to learn.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Engineering...

* Fluency in both French and English is essential.

* Strong interest in data analysis, process improvement, and customer interaction.

* Proficiency in Google Suite
