Bouygues Energies & Services, a subsidiary of Equans, is looking for a future Conducteur ou Conductrice de travaux électricité & courant faible H/F to strengthen its team at the Havre agency (76), specializing in industrial electricity, instrumentation, and automation.


Your mission:

As a Conducteur de travaux électricité & courant faible H/F, you will be responsible for the operational coordination of one or more major projects. You will lead the works, manage teams, ensure compliance with deadlines, safety, and quality standards, and serve as the interface with the client.

In collaboration with the Chargé d’affaires, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring the execution of one or multiple projects concerning costs, deadlines, and quality from preparation to project reception.
* Organizing, preparing, piloting, and directing technical and managerial operations.
* Participating in project costing in the early stages and during operations if needed.
* Reporting to the Chargé d’affaires regarding operational outputs for monthly management reviews.
* Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations.
* Maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
* Contributing to the development of the client portfolio with the Chargé d’affaires.


Your profile:

You have a higher education background in electrotechnics or electrical engineering and instrumentation, with at least 5 years of experience in nearby project management and team leadership in an industrial environment. Experience in chemical and petrochemical environments is required.

You are recognized for your management skills, ability to motivate teams, rigor, adaptability, autonomy, and initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders are essential. You possess solid technical expertise in electricity and low-current systems (video surveillance, access control, fiber optics) and are proficient with tools like Windows, Outlook, Excel, and estimation software. Project management experience is a significant advantage.

Regular regional travel is expected based on client needs and project follow-up. A valid B driving license is required.


Conditions and benefits:

* Permanent position, based in Gonfreville l’Orcher (76).
* Annual gross salary between €35,000 and €40,000 (including 13th month and paid leave bonus), according to collective agreement for Public Works.
