The Commercial Business Division is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (F / M) for the EMEA Region to cover the UK / Ireland market.

The Commercial Business Division focuses on understanding customer needs, developing long-term relationships, acting as the voice of the customer, and marketing our integrated solutions. We offer customized solutions to help clients meet their needs and reduce their carbon footprint.
Your Missions :
Reporting to the Sub-Region Commercial Associate Director, you will work closely with clients to propose suitable solutions and support their energy transition. Your responsibilities include:
* Prospecting and identifying opportunities for Axens’ offerings, especially technology licensing and product sales
* Engaging with the energy transition ecosystem to position Axens' technologies (e.g., sustainable aviation fuel, plastic recycling, carbon capture)
* Building long-term relationships with clients at all levels, from process engineers to C-level executives
* Leading bid/no-bid meetings and sales strategies
* Managing internal interfaces to coordinate offers
* Preparing commercial proposals
* Negotiating contracts with Legal Department support
* Maintaining client relationships during contract execution
* Accurately forecasting and maintaining a healthy pipeline using CRM tools
Knowledge and Required Level :
You are an experienced sales engineer with about ten years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the energy or chemical industry, ideally with process technologies and/or industrial catalysts experience.
You are proficient in English.
