Our Controlling department plays a crucial role in the success of HBS's global sports broadcasting operations. As part of our finance team, you'll monitor the performance of the entire HBS Group, analyzing projects, events, and divisions to deliver critical insights that drive business decisions. You'll be working at the intersection of finance and world-class sports events, ensuring the financial health of productions that reach billions of viewers worldwide. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with international teams across different business units, providing financial expertise that helps bring the biggest sporting moments to screens around the globe.


🤝 Your Responsibilities:

Project Financial Management:

* Lead financial controlling for Infront Production Projects, Digital Projects and French entities within HBS Group
* Partner with operational teams on project budgeting processes
* Track budgets and reconcile costs, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance

Reporting & Analysis:

* Perform monthly financial Reforecasts and Cash Flow Forecasts for designated entities
* Prepare and enhance monthly Management reports for business units and legal entities
* Analyze and explain "actual vs. budget" variances for Business Units/Projects and Divisions

Corporate Support:

* Contribute to corporate controlling tasks related to Overheads
* Develop special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
* Provide support to the accounting department and other departments across HBS Group
* Actively assist the Manager Controller in optimizing financial operations


Is it really for me?

Technical Skills:

* Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting practices (French GAAP and/or IFRS)
* Strong analytical skills with particular expertise in financial analysis
