I'm partnered with a fast-growing company in the AI-driven medical imaging sector is looking for a Customer Success Manager RoW to enhance user experience and drive long-term customer engagement. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to integrate AI solutions into their workflows, ensuring they maximize the value of the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for customers across multiple regions.
* Lead onboarding and drive solution adoption.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to enhance user experience.
* Provide training and change management support.
* Conduct regular business reviews to align on success metrics and identify growth opportunities.
* Travel frequently (40–60%) for customer meetings, events, and deployments.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
* Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to build trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
* Experience in Clinical Radiology!
