Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant(e) de direction et office manager at AgileBio located in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre (Paris, Metro 7 at the door). The role involves providing administrative assistance, managing phone calls, communication, executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills on a daily basis.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
* Clerical Skills proficiency and details oriented
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Experience in office management roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e-commerce tools
* French fluency is required, English proficiency is mandatory (fluent C1/C2)
* Relevant certification or diploma in administration and/or office management
* Role requires team building and social interaction
* Experience or easiness on legal or business documents proofing/understanding/writing
* Accounting knowledge
