Exail is recruiting a dynamic Head of Sales for our Space activities in North & South America.
Your role
Under the responsibility of the President of the companyr, you lead and implement the commercial strategy to achieve the objectives of taking orders and developing the company with the accounts acquired and to be acquired.
What are you going to do?
Your main missions will be:
· Develop and support the sales of our space products.
· Develop and maintain a close commercial relationship with our customers in order to ensure the positioning of Exail in an increasingly competitive vertical environment.
· Prepare, submit, negotiate RFQs, RFIs, or RFPs with a view to their transformation to contract and by applying the sales process.
· Determine the profitability of the offers by ensuring that the financial but also strategic objectives are respected.
· Ensure the loyalty of existing customers by developing strong, long-term relationships.
· Meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction goals in assigned region:
- Sales Penetration of focus Accounts and growth of the territory,
- Develop our sales with a set of key accounts (prospects and existing customers),
- Ensure the follow-up of commercial files with the collaboration of the other divisions of the company,
- Ensure the commercial / contractual customer interface throughout the realization of the projects,
- Participate in marketing monitoring,
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Achieve commercial company objectives and report to the President activities and KPI
