Our client, a company specialized in distribution, is looking for a Responsable d'exploitation et du service commercial (F/H) en alternance.

In a context of transformation, market expansion, and organizational optimization, your missions will include:

1. Managing the performance of the entity.
2. Analyzing and managing the budget using dashboards.
3. Establishing staff schedules and liaising with HR management services.
4. Ensuring the optimal operation of the entity: order management, stock management, etc.
5. Implementing and enforcing safety procedures to protect assets and personnel across all sales points.
6. Ensuring the availability of material resources for optimal store operation and working conditions.


Candidate Profile

* You have validated a BAC+3 in logistics and commerce.
* You possess managerial skills and can enforce processes.
* You are organized and rigorous in your work.
* You have strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and service providers.
