CONTEXT
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Apprentice to support our Group Legal team in day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while pursuing formal education.
MISSIONS
Based at the Issy-les-Moulineaux headquarters, you will support the Office and Project Manager within the Group Legal Department.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assist in managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments;
* Prepare and format documents, reports and presentations;
* Organize travel arrangements and expense reports;
* Organize internal meetings with the Group Legal department;
* Help coordinate events, meetings, and team activities;
* Contribute to administrative process improvements and documentation (possible work on digitalization)
* Organize and follow-up administrative tasks such as notarisation, apostille or legalisation
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
