Responsibilities:

* Evaluate the safety status of installations and implement technical, human, and organizational measures to ensure safety and prevent incidents.
* Conduct daily independent safety assessments on-site and collaborate with operations engineers.
* Challenge operational teams to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
* Participate in audits, safety analyses, and provide support and advice to site teams.
* Update and maintain the site's Safety Referencing Framework.

Qualifications:

* Generalist Engineer diploma or equivalent (bac+5) technical degree.
* Curiosity, analytical skills, methodical, rigorous, with critical thinking and diagnostic abilities.
* Enjoy fieldwork and team collaboration.

Additional Information:

* Initial training followed by ongoing regular training.
* Post-training, the position may involve on-call duties requiring quick site intervention.

* Salary between €38K and €50K depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional compensation for on-call work.
