Reponsable architecture data et développement h/f

Au sein du groupe Ceva, Ecat-iD est spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de solutions automatisées et connectées pour la santé animale, au niveau international.
Intégré(e) à l'équipe R&D du site, le(la) responsable architecture data et développement aura pour mission de proposer, développer et encadrer des nouveaux projets innovants qui répondent aux enjeux stratégiques du groupe et aux besoins des clients dans le domaine de l'analyse de données et de l'intelligence artificielle, tout en assurant la gestion, la performance et la sécurité des bases de données hébergées sur des infrastructures cloud.

Vous serez en charge de :

- Manager l'équipe de développeurs informatiques et gérer les prestataires externes

- Planifier les projets conformément aux objectifs du groupe

- Concevoir et développer des algorithmes, interfaces web, des systèmes de traitement d'image et de vision de pointe par ordinateur
- Concevoir, développer et déboguer des solutions logicielles
- Proposer des méthodes d'analyse des données
- Réaliser des tests et valider les solutions proposées
- Proposer des outils de présentation des données et des résultats, sur une IHM, ou leur transmission et leur stockage sur des serveurs (cloud, application web)
- Conseiller le service R&D sur le choix les technologies
- Structurer et administrer les BD sur le cloud pour optimiser et fiabiliser les solutions mise oeuvre.
- Collaborer avec les équipes DevOps pour l'automatisation des déploiements et la surveillance
- Proposer les architectures des logiciels
- Préparer la documentation complète du produit pour le logiciel et la calibration
- Travailler sur le développement d'algorithmes, d'interfaces graphiques et de bases de données ainsi que sur l'analyse des problèmes Data Architecture and Development Manager

missions :

Within the Ceva Group, Ecat-iD specializes in the design and manufacture of automated and connected solutions for animal health on an international scale.
As part of the site's R&D team, the Data Architecture and Development Manager will be responsible for proposing, developing, and supervising new innovative projects that meet the group's strategic challenges and customer needs in the field of data analysis and artificial intelligence, while ensuring the management, performance, and security of databases hosted on cloud infrastructures.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing the team of IT developers and external service providers
- Planning projects in line with the group's objectives
- Designing and developing algorithms, web interfaces, and cutting-edge computer image processing and vision systems
- Designing, developing, and debugging software solutions
- Proposing data analysis methods
- Testing and validating proposed solutions
- Proposing tools for presenting data and results on a human-machine interface (HMI) or for transmitting and storing them on servers (cloud, web application, etc.)
- Advising the R&D department on the choice of technologies
- Structuring and administering databases on the cloud to optimize and ensure the reliability of the solutions implemented.
- Collaborating with DevOps teams on deployment automation and monitoring

- Propose software architectures

- Prepare complete product documentation for the software and calibration
- Work on the development of algorithms, graphical interfaces, and databases, as well as on problem analysis

Your
profile :

With a minimum of an engineering degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and have already managed a team.

Your technical skills :

Strong skills in statistics, mathematics, and programming, server deployment
Expertise in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Python, Docker, Servlets programming
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
Tools used: GitHub, Confluence, Visual Studio, etc.
C/C++, Python, Java, etc.
Fluent English
