Référence 2026-172373 Description du poste Intitulé du poste Coordinateur-ice régional-e santé sécurité - Europe Afrique & Asie-Pacifique Type contrat CDI Statut (CSP) Ingénieur & Cadre Temps de travail Temps complet Parlons de votre future mission Safran Electronics & Defense (SED) is recruiting 3 Regional Health & Safety Coordinators to support its ambitious health, safety and well-being at work challenges, as part of the strengthening of its central Health & Safety team. Your mission: As a member of SED's Health & Safety Management team and reporting to the SED's H&S Director, you will support SED sites and subsidiaries (around 11 sites) distributed in Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, to ensure the effective deployment of the Group's and SED's Health & Safety policy. You will be the main Health & Safety contact for these sites, working closely with sites management. Mais encore ? (avantages, spécificités, ) Your main responsibilities : - Act as an ambassador for Group and SED initiatives to promote a strong Health & Safety culture and leadership. - Support sites in the consistent implementation of Safran and SED Health & Safety policies and standards, and the adaptation of approaches to local contexts. - Coordinate and monitor Health & Safety roadmaps and priorities, support local teams in their implementation, and help them to overcome bottlenecks. - Regularly assess site performance, identify gaps and constructively support sites to achieve a culture of collective excellence. - Contribute to the development of exemplarity and managerial leadership, in support of site management and HSE teams. - Provide operational support and expert advice to site HSE teams, helping to raise skill levels through training, coaching and sharing best practices. - Support incident management, root cause analysis, and encourage the dissemination of learnings - Coordinate an active network between sites to encourage continuous improvement and the sharing of innovations. - Act as a cross-functional focal point for at least one GBU/Direction, in order to respond to specific requests from them. - Act as a reference for SED in one or more areas of expertise, depending on your profile. - Contribute to strategic SED or Group Health & Safety projects and support change management on new programs or regulations.
