Company Overview


Operating across Europe’s major markets, this leading, high growth, PE backed software business, is looking to hire an Managing Director. The business is scaling for its next phase of international growth, following significant and strong history of organic, acquisitive and profitable growth.


Overview of the Role


This Managing Director role, is a critical leadership role, tasked with driving the business in unit in line with the company’s strategic growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the MD will instill operational excellence to ensure top line growth within their business area.

The Managing Director will work across all departments to drive initiatives to foster revenue growth, streamline operations, and secure the business area as a leader in its market.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Managing Director with work transversally across all departments to meet the demanding growth plan of the business.


Managing Director Responsibilities;


* Strategic Vision; develop and direct strategies to steer the current business and support future scaling requirements.
* Financial Ownership; take full charge of the business P&L, overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting and analysis.
* Operational Excellence; direct the day-to-day operations of the the business area, ensuring operational efficiency, product and service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
* Drive Growth; analyze market trends and identify both organic and acquisition growth opportunities
* Client Relationships; engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Ensure transparent communication and alignment on domain strategies and outcomes.


Profile


* At least 10 years of executive leadership experience, demonstrating successful P&L management, strategic planning, and operational excellence within the domain’s industry.
* Prior experience within a SAAS/Software business essential
* Operating experience within a matrix organisation would be valuable
* Fluent French and Business level English is a requirement
