Job Description

* Piloter les fabrications de résines et vernis en respectant les process de production, sécurité et qualité.
* Connaître le process, les modes opératoires, procédures et instructions associés.
* Auto-contrôler les résines et vernis selon les critères d’acceptabilité en vigueur.
* Être force de proposition pour l’amélioration continue globale.
* S’assurer de la conformité des semi-finis et produits finis.
* Réaliser les transactions dans l’ERP et le suivi administratif des fabrications.
* Proposer et participer à toute action visant à améliorer la sécurité, la qualité ou la productivité de lunité (PHA, LSS, 6S, 5P, 5M, Smart Card, …).
* Identifier les problèmes d’efficacité du process et suggérer des améliorations.
* Connaître les risques en matière de Sécurité des équipements et appliquer les moyens de contrôle mis en place.
* Respecter le programme de fabrication, en minimisant les temps d’attente et optimisant le rendement des installations.
* Surveiller le bon fonctionnement des équipements et diagnostiquer les pannes.
* Prévenir la maintenance de toute dérive constatée. Communiquer les causes de dysfonctionnements.
* Participer aux opérations de maintenance 1er niveau.
* Former les nouveaux salariés.
