Job Description
Vous intégrez le service Amélioration de la station de réparation de Safran Aerosystems à Ars en Charente.
A ce titre, vous aurez en charge :
- Montée en maturité des routines QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) et 5S
- Support au projet de réorganisation du site suite au transfert d'une partie des activités vers Cognac
- Participation aux chantiers One Safran (objectif groupe : 1 par an)
- Participation aux projets Green Belt (objectif groupe : 1 par an)
- Support à la mise en place des actions issues de l'Innovation Participative
- Accompagnement de la transition vers l'outil Improve pour l'Innovation Participative et le reporting des projets
- Participation au projet de Gestion des FOD (Foriegn Object Debris)
Job Requirements
Vous intégrez un cursus ingénieur-e en 3 ans spécialisé en Amélioration continue
Vous avez des connaissances sur le Lean six Sigma et sur l'amélioration continue en général.

- Autonome
- A l'aise pour échanger avec des publics divers et variés
- Vous êtes force de proposition et faites preuve de proactivité et de réactivité
