Présentation du contexte

Within the Air France KLM Cargo Marketing department, we are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy trainee to drive the deployment of key digital tools. The role will focus on supporting the rollout of a new emailing platform across our organization and contributing to the design and implementation of a modern SharePoint site for internal collaboration.


This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with digital communication platforms, contact database management, and collaborative knowledge hubs. You will work at the crossroads of Marketing and IT, collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless adoption of these tools and to enhance the department’s digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities


Emailing Tool Rollout & Database Management



* Support the implementation of the new emailing solution across the organization.

* Manage and structure the customer/contact database (imports, segmentation, updates).

* Ensure data quality

* Create and maintain a set of reusable email templates (newsletters, announcements, campaigns).

* Document processes and provide user guidelines to ensure adoption across teams.

* Conduct user testing, monitor performance, and gather feedback for improvements.

* SharePoint Development

* Contribute to the design of the SharePoint site architecture (structure, navigation, permissions).

* Assist in the implementation and configuration of SharePoint to serve as a central knowledge hub.

* Develop pages, libraries, and content templates for easy team adoption.

* Support change management by providing training materials and short user guides.

* Continuously update and improve the platform based on user needs.
