YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an AI Product Manager & Deployment Strategist to be a member of the Group Agentic AI Factory focused on helping the business create and operationalize high-value assistants, agents and agentic AI applications.

You'll bridge business needs and AI capabilities, driving adoption from awareness to production-ready solutions across strategic personas and use cases. This role combines evangelization, hands-on co-creation, and product team collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Adoption

1. Run intro and awareness sessions about agentic AI, AI agents and our capabilities for business stakeholders
2. Measure impact and iterate: define adoption and value metrics (usage, ROI, quality) and use them to guide prioritization and scaling decisions.

Co-creation & operationalization

3. Co-deliver production-ready assistants, agents & apps for strategic personas and high-impact use cases
4. Consolidate fragmented individual assistants into reusable, persona/use-case oriented solutions& build reusable assets

Product Development

5. Collect and qualify business needs, scoping opportunities against our AI platform capabilities (assistants, RAG, tools, apps, workflows) & translate into product requirements.
6. Animate & participate to Agentic Ai Factory rituals
7. Contribute to the Agentic AI Factory roadmap balancing short-term backlog items with strategic opportunities.
8. Lead a feature squad of AI-augmented engineers

YOUR PROFILE

9. 3+ years in consulting/agency, product, or a similar business-facing role (preferred).
10. Passion for Agentic AI, AI agents, and their practical application to automate workflows and enable autonomous decision-making
11. Strong business-technical fluency — comfortable translating AI capabilities (assistants, RAG, agents, tools) into business solutions
12. Proactive, curious, and able to move fast in an ambiguous, changing environment.
13. Strong in communication and organization, be able to prioritize task and re-prioritize constantly
14. Hands-on experience with coding in at least 1 language (python, js, react, html, else)
15. Vibe-coding
16. Fluent spoken and written English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
17. Nice-to have - experience with enterprise platforms & governance frameworks
