L’établissement de Bar-sur-Aube s’inscrit dans un groupe de restaurants à taille humaine, avec une organisation structurée et des méthodes simples. Dans le cadre de son activité, nous recrutons un(e) cuisinier(ère). We work with fresh products, short supply chains and a short menu that changes 3 to 4 times per year. Everything is prepared on site. The kitchen is structured, organised and focused on consistency. We are part of a small and growing independent restaurant group operating in rural areas. Position We are looking for a full-time cook to join our kitchen team. You will: Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards Manage your station independently Ensure quality, cleanliness and organisation Work closely with the head chef and the team Respect hygiene and safety standards Profile required Minimum 3–5 years kitchen experience Able to work independently Serious, reliable and consistent Used to service rhythm (lunch & dinner) Basic French or English required We are not looking for a “star chef”, but for a stable and professional cook who wants long-term work.
