Position Summary

Our client, a key player in the aviation industry, is currently expanding its network of independent professionals. They are seeking experienced freelancers to support ongoing training and operational activities throughout the year. By joining their expert pool, you will contribute to the delivery of high‑quality training programs and share your expertise with future aviation professionals.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Our client is seeking an energetic, engaging, and highly motivated Sales Representative to support the development of their activities in the Spanish market.

Working closely with the Sales Director, you will contribute directly to the organisation's expansion across Europe. This role has strong visibility and impact, as you will represent the school to prospective students, strengthen market presence, and help inspire future airline pilots in Spain.

Your core purpose: Expand the student pipeline in Spain by promoting high‑quality training programs and guiding potential candidates throughout the entire decision-making process, from first contact to enrollment.

  • Handle and qualify inbound requests through the CRM system, ensuring a smooth conversion of prospective students into confirmed training participants.

  • Lead online interviews to evaluate candidates' motivation, suitability, and understanding of the training pathway.

  • Support and drive commercial initiatives, ensuring all actions remain aligned with the client's brand identity, standards, and commitments to prospective students.

  • Work towards ambitious sales goals, contributing directly to the organisation's commercial performance and long-term vision.

  • Organise and attend events such as student fairs, open days, and aviation-related exhibitions across Europe to represent the school and strengthen its visibility.

  • Provide a premium candidate experience, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring consistent satisfaction throughout the recruitment journey.

Desired Profile :

  • Solid background in sales or student recruitment, ideally within an educational, training, or service‑oriented environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospective students and their families.

  • A persuasive and consultative mindset, capable of understanding candidates' motivations and guiding them toward the right training pathway.

  • Comfortable working toward ambitious commercial objectives, with a proactive attitude and a results‑driven approach.

  • Organised, autonomous, and able to manage multiple interactions while maintaining a high standard of follow‑up.

  • At least fluent Spanish speaker, with excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events, fairs, and recruitment activities across Europe.

  • A strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and customer service, representing our client's brand with integrity at all times.
