Le Directeur Corporate marketing Franchise Porc relèvera du Directeur de la Franchises PORC et sera responsable de :
>Définir la stratégie marketing de la franchise au niveau de l'entreprise.
>Définir les outils et services qui accompagnent les produits et les hiérarchiser.
Les missions sont les suivantes :
Collecter et analyser des données de marché / Générer des informations sur le marché
Anticipez les demandes des marchés futurs en analysant les besoins du marché, en recueillant des retours d'expérience, en analysant les ventes et en utilisant une vision à 5 ans.
Fournir une orientation stratégique
Anticiper et définir les plans futurs avec une vision à moins de 5 ans, et préparer le profil de produit cible, afin de challenger les besoins futurs avec les équipes locales (par exemple, l'innovation et le développement, la production, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, etc.).
Coordonner les contributions de la franchise au processus de dépistage et de production de nouvelles idées/produits.
Alignez les communications et la narration entre les champs de tir et les zones pour créer un impact de haut niveau.
Gestion opérationnelle
Fournir des conseils au Directeur Corporate de la gamme et au directeur technique sur les priorités marketing.
Examiner et remettre en question les plans de marketing de gamme, afin d'assurer les meilleures propositions de valeur.
Superviser le lancement de nouveaux produits.
Assurer le leadership des produits sur le marché en organisant et en participant à des symposiums et des événements corporatifs avec les clients.
Établissez des relations et collaborez avec des leaders d'opinion clés.
Gestion et planification des ressources
Définissez la priorité entre les budgets des gammes et les ressources disponibles.
Impact & Influence : créer un haut niveau de confiance dans les livrables de la fonction
Communiquer la stratégie marketing et la proposition de valeur du portefeuille aux équipes marketing et techniques, afin d'atteindre les cibles au prix le plus élevé.

The Swine
Franchise Corporate Marketing Manager will report to the Swine Franchise
Director and will BE responsible for :
the franchise marketing strategy at corporate level.
>Defining
and prioritizing the tools and services that accompany the products.
Duties will
include :
- Collect

Anticipate future market demands by analyzing market needs, gathering feedback, analyzing sales and using a 5-year view.
Provide strategic direction

Coordinate the franchise's contributions to the process of identifying and producing new ideas/products.

Provide advice to the Corporate Range Director and Technical Director on marketing priorities.
Supervise the launch of new products.
Provide product leadership in the market by organizing and participating in symposia and corporate events with customers.

Managers in each country/area. Review and challenge range marketing plans, to

Your
profile :
You have a
higher education background in veterinary medicine, marketing and/or business
management with a minimum of 10 years local experience in animal health and
international exposure to perform cross-functionally and support all local Ceva
Group teams.
You
demonstrate capabilities in :

and prepare the organisation for successful implementation.
