Based at headquarters, you will be part of the Business Development and Innovation team, mobilizing the available levers to drive engagement and foster an innovation culture among employees. Your tasks will be (in order of importance): - Co-administrate the innovation management platform – Sioux Promote and administrate group campaigns Be available to support innovation managers and innovators in the use of the platform Be a point of contact for the external solution provider and the internal IT team - Assist with innovation communication and engagement initiatives Intranet management Internal marketing on innovation Organize trainings / webinars on innovation - Support SPIE’s innovation community by: Producing and diffusing reference documents Being a point of contact for the innovation referents - Provide support on project management – according to project status Strategic monitoring Project follow-up Quality reviews Votre profil Fluent in English Innovation culture and general understanding of innovation processes Excellent communication, organizational, and analysis skills Master 2 in innovation management or innovation marketing Ideally IAE or Engineering school Localisation du poste Europe, France, Ile de France, CERGY-PONTOISE Lieu de travail Campus Saint-Christophe - Europa - 10 Avenue de l'Entreprise 95863 Cergy-Pontoise Travailler chez SPIE Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
