Objective of the Capital Equipment Specialist: Develop our MS in laser capital equipment across the territory in collaboration with RSM and AM.
The specialist will be responsible for sales, testing, installation of the capital equipment, and building relationships with KOLs and hospital administration to secure budgets for acquisitions, including maintenance contracts.
They will also develop education and training programs for physicians and hospital staff on the capital equipment.
The role includes achieving sales targets for capital equipment and maintenance contracts.
* Monitor industry trends, competition, healthcare, and economic factors, adjusting plans accordingly.
* Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and engage with KOLs.
* Differentiating from competitors with strong negotiation skills.
* Train physicians and hospital staff on our lasers.
* Maintain contact with key accounts and relationships.
* Collaborate closely with sales/RSM teams to develop and maintain relationships with buyers.
* Train local sales teams.
* Work with HEMA to overcome obstacles in accounts.
* Work transversally with AM/RSM/KAM teams.
Reporting line: to the Capital, Commercial Contracting Manager.
