Main responsibilities :

1. Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors with a strong product-driven mindset
2. Coach teams to become high-performing, self-managed, taking ownership of their work, aligning with business and user objectives, and continuously improving their ways of working
3. Foster Lean thinking habits and continuous improvement delivery with outcome-driven decision making based on validated customer needs
4. Coach teams in Lean flow optimization, using Value Stream Mapping and bottleneck removal techniques to improve end-to-end efficiency
5. Enhance collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders to drive alignment and value delivery
6. Coach teams in integrating agility into both product discovery and delivery, ensuring continuous learning, fast adaptation, and iterative improvement
7. Facilitate coaching on continuous experimentation and scientific thinking, leveraging data-driven learning and structured problem-solving
8. Develop agility at all levels—teams, leadership, and organization—to sustain long-term transformation and business agility

About you

1. Experience in coaching and mentoring Product Owners and teams in developing strategic thinking and decision-making skills to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders
2. Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in complex environments coaching at multiple levels: Teams, Leadership, and Organization
3. Experience in domains relevant to data science projects in Manufacturing and Supply environments (e.g., industry regulations, data privacy, domain-specific metrics, business processes)
4. Expertise in Lean Flow Optimization

Soft skills

1. Proven expertise in Agile product management and continuous product discovery (e.g., design sprints, lean UX)
2. Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes
3. Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and influence
4. Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
5. Promotion of experimentation and iterative development within data science projects
6. Good understanding of data concepts, data manipulation, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, etc.

Technical skills

1. Solid expertise in Lean & Agile practices
2. Understanding of the technology stack and best practices for tool selection and integration
3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in highly regulated industries
4. Hands-on experience with tools like Value Stream Mapping, A3 Thinking, Toyota Kata, and process optimization techniques
5. Education: Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
6. Languages: English
