L’EPSI est l’école de l’ingénierie informatique créée en 1961 par des professionnels du secteur pour répondre en temps réel aux besoins en compétences des entreprises et des territoires, dans les domaines de l’IA, de la cybersécurité, du cloud, de la data, du développement et de l’infrastructure système. WIS est une école spécialisée de l’EPSI créée en 2014, qui répond aux besoins des entreprises dans le domaine du digital. EPSI et WIS sont réparties sur 12 campus.


Mission

* Directly attached to the brand director, manage and lead the teams.
* Define and implement the development policy in line with strategic orientations.
* Ensure the performance and sustainability of the institution.
* Identify development opportunities and maintain close relationships with institutional partners and major account clients.
* Oversee the pedagogical direction of the programs in coordination with the national director and organise student life (associative, internal events).
* Forecast and pilot financial results and carry out all investments in agreement with the brand‑director school.
* Represent the institution internally and externally, acting as ambassador of the brand and its values, and ensure the support of learners toward employment.


Profil

* Bac +5, with a passion for the education sector, pedagogical innovations and commercial development. 5 to 10 years of experience in training, with proven experience in developing a school. Knowledge of IT professions is a plus.
* Experience managing diverse profiles (commercial, pedagogical and administrative teams) with engagement and benevolence.
* Personality and motivation are key, on top of specific competencies for the role.
* Willingness to join an enthusiastic, invested team in a changing environment.
