MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.


CORE RESPONSABILITIES

* Team management: Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff and sub-contractors, verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving - CACES). Present the building site, its challenges, risks, and the works to be completed to employees. Organize and plan team missions and work based on site requirements. Support team professionalization and HR processes. Promote best practices and address misconduct.
* Building site preparation and installation: Ensure administrative documentation availability, define and review construction works, establish schedules and procedures, communicate procedures to teams, ensure equipment and materials availability, set up signage and security, supervise acceptance and storage of supplies.
* Monitoring of construction: Supervise setup, present site challenges, monitor progress, perform technical checks, analyze deviations, draft reports, and maintain equipment condition.
* Building site handover: Ensure completion of works, organize withdrawal, participate in handover, and collect as-built documentation.
* Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment: Enforce safety guidelines, produce reports, ensure quality and security, manage environmental measures, and oversee weekly security management.


SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

* Pipe works: opening, repairing trenches, ensuring registration of networks, safe handling of pipelines, backfilling.
* Demolition/Decontamination: obtain diagnostics, register networks, manage asbestos and waste tracking, ensure safety and compliance.
* Rail works: ensure safety standards, check cleanliness, prevent accidents.
* Earthworks: manage track and platform maintenance, traffic zones, and compliance with standards.
* Roads: excavate trenches, develop pipe networks, ensure proper coating and surface treatments, manage materials and surfaces, and oversee asphalt laying and surface dressing.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Significant experience as a Team Leader or confirmed Chief of Construction with over 5 years of experience.
* Necessary authorizations such as BR-B2V electrics, M2 mechanics, AIPR, and asbestos supervision.
* Proficiency in Office tools and construction follow-up tools.


ENVIRONMENT AND RELATIONSHIPS

Reporting to: Works Supervisor. Internal relations: Engineering Consultants, Support Department, etc. External relations: subcontractors, clients, suppliers, residents, service providers.


PROFILE

Education / Experience: Higher education (Bac+2 minimum, BTS TP, DUT option TP) with 5+ years of experience or confirmed TP site manager.

Skills: Good communicator, pedagogical, methodical, self-controlled, responsible. Valid B driving license required.
